Job Market Education
Artificial intelligence is automating work in this next industrial revolution.
What is certain:
Jobs in the future will require more skills. Workers will have more responsibility and earn more. Students have to learn more and longer.
What is not certain:
Whether there will be more or fewer jobs or whether AI has a net zero impact.
The historical pattern is clear: automation raises productivity, shrinks the number of people needed per task, but expands markets enough to sustain or grow total employment — provided workers can acquire the new skills in time. For white-collar jobs, AI will likely follow the same arc. A lawyer using AI handles more cases; an analyst covers more data; a designer produces more variations. The job doesn't disappear — it transforms. The critical variable, as always, is whether education and retraining keep pace with the speed of change.
Candogram's mission is to create a better job search experience by educating students and professionals about the changing job market.

Job Market Education For High School Students
We Teach In The Classroom
Students learn how companies create value through employee skills, connecting education to economic outcomes. By understanding how businesses leverage diverse competencies like problem-solving and technical expertise, students make better academic and career decisions, recognizing the importance of developing in-demand skills beyond the classroom.
The Value Connection
Understanding how skills drive company success motivates students to acquire relevant abilities through education, activities, and internships. This perspective highlights how diverse roles contribute to organizational success and helps students connect classroom learning to real-world applications, fostering purposeful education aligned with their interests and workforce needs.
Professional Networking And Self-Promotion
Students master networking and self-promotion to secure high-paying jobs after graduation. These professional connections provide industry insights, mentorship opportunities, and improved communication skills, while students develop their personal brand on social media to attract employer attention.
Value Creation Is The Bedrock Of Every Job.
Job Market Interest Survey
Data about the job interest of students is a vital tool for administrators to help with curriculum planning. We work with high schools to turn millions of job postings into an online demand survey. Students build the online survey tool and collect the data from their peers starting in grade 9. This annual project engages young learners in all high school grades with employer needs and fosters their understanding of the job market.
